Meet Fran,

Looking for the next big “fad”

Fran would do 30 day/60 day/90 day DVD programs.

Never being able to stay consistent he would always stop and the weight gain would start

Knowing Fran had to do something about his weight he starting looking for something new and different

This is when Fran found TFW

Here’s his story about how TFW changed his philosophy on fitness in a group setting..



1. What were some of your struggles before you came to TFW Ponte Vedra Beach?

Some of my struggles were losing the motivation to workout.  I was doing DVD based workouts at home but was not consistent and it did not keep me motivated.  I would complete a 30 or 90 day program then what.  I was like a yoyo in my fitness up and down for years and not being consistent and seeing results.  So therefore I was the heaviest I had ever been and always tired with little motivation.



2. What made you reach out to TFW Ponte Vedra Beach?

I felt that I was at my low and something needed to change.  I started looking around for something new that would inspire me and take me to the next level in my health and fitness.  I was doing research and a banner-ad ran across my FaceBook and did some research and decided to make the call to learn more.  I had never done a group training type program with coaches before.



3. What are some of the significant results you’ve gotten since training at TFW Ponte Vedra Beach?

I lost 40lbs and 4 inches in my waste since I started TFW 2 years ago.  I am stronger and faster than I have ever been in my life.  I do the program with my wife and together we have transformed and our relationship has grown even stronger.  I never had a great coach growing up in sports and this was my first experience not only with great coaches but group training.  It is a game changer in a safe environment with coaching that helps motivate and push you.  There are always modifications to do that accommodate whatever you might have going on.  There are great nutrition tips, discussion and even friendly group competitions.  The real big aspect that we have gained is the Familia at TFW.  Some of our best friends we have now we met at TFW and spend a lot of time together outside of the Dojo.  I also travel a lot and I try to hit up a TFW if there is one near where I am.  Traveling can be lonely so it is nice where you are welcomed in as part of the Familia.  There is also a website where you can track your workouts so you can see your progress and performance month over month.  It is the complete package and it keeps me coming back day after day.  Friends ask us what you doing you guys look great.  People stop us in a parking lot and ask what is TFW.  It has become a way of life for us.  No excuses just results.



4. What are the top 3 tips that helped you transform?

  • The Coaching (encouraging and constantly checking in and keeping you on point and motivated)
  • The structure of the workouts (complete package)
  • The tracking tools (proof you are getting leaner, stronger, faster and healthier)
