• Each year beginning at the age of 25 the human body begins to lose lean muscle mass each year.

• It takes 2 weeks to start losing your strength if you don’t continue to use your strength.

• On average adults begin losing 8% of their muscle per decade at age 40.

• You will not live as long of a life. A recent study shows muscle mass is the single best predictor of mortality — the more muscle mass you have, the better your life is going to be.
