The TFW system began as a fitness program originally created for some of the best combat athletes in the world more than 20 years ago. Today, the training methods of the TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good. You cannot out train a bad diet. At TFW we believe being healthy from the inside out is critical to ones performance, recovery, results and longevity. We promote healthy living through the foods we eat in particular our very own Warrior 20. With recipe books, internal challenges, strategies and tips to help you sustain a healthy diet and adopt it as a way of life is one of our missions. 2.Warrior Tracker

Track and measure all of your training, workouts and your results. From warrior challenges, to quarterly programming all backed by science. You can see exactly where you were, where you are and where you are going, all right from your smart phone, tablet or PC. You can also take us with you when you travel and train on the road.
